この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Benkyo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを使うことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは AI を活用したフラッシュカード学習アプリです。主な機能:

• フラッシュカードの作成・管理・復習
• AI チャットでの学習サポート・カード自動生成
• 間隔反復による復習スケジュール管理
• 学習進捗の可視化
• クラウド同期（要アカウント）

2. アカウント

一部機能（クラウド同期、Benkyo Pro）には Sign in with Apple によるアカウント登録が必要です。アカウントの管理はユーザーの責任となります。

3. サブスクリプション（Benkyo Pro）

料金

月額または年額。料金は App Store の購入画面に表示されます。

自動更新

期間終了の24時間前までにオフにしないと自動更新されます。

課金

購入確認後、Apple ID に課金されます。更新料金は期間終了前24時間以内に課金されます。

解約

端末の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。

返金

Apple のポリシーに従います。

4. AI 機能

AI チャットは第三者の AI サービス（Anthropic Claude、OpenAI、Google Gemini）を利用しています。

• AI の回答は参考情報です。正確性は保証しません
• 医療・法律・金融の専門アドバイスとして使わないでください
• 送信したメッセージは各 AI プロバイダーに送られます
• 機密情報の入力はお控えください

5. やっちゃダメなこと

• アプリの不正利用・リバースエンジニアリング
• API への不正アクセスや過度な負荷
• 違法・有害なコンテンツの作成
• 他のユーザーへの迷惑行為

6. 権利

アプリのデザイン・コード・ロゴの権利は運営者に帰属します。ユーザーが作ったコンテンツ（カード、チャット等）はユーザーのものです。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます
• データ損失について合理的な対策は講じますが、完全には保証しません
• AI の出力内容の正確性は保証しません

8. サービスの変更・終了

機能変更や料金変更、サービス終了の際は事前に通知します。終了時はデータエクスポート手段を提供するよう努めます。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は東京地方裁判所を管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Benkyo ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Benkyo Does

Benkyo is an AI-powered flashcard learning app. Key features:

• Create, manage, and review flashcards
• AI chat for learning support and auto-generating cards
• Spaced repetition review scheduling
• Learning progress visualization
• Cloud sync (requires account)

2. Accounts

Some features (cloud sync, Benkyo Pro) require an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account security.

3. Subscription (Benkyo Pro)

Pricing

Monthly or annual. Prices are shown on the App Store purchase screen.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing

Your Apple ID is charged upon purchase confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancellation

Manage or cancel via device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. AI Features

AI chat uses third-party services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini).

• AI responses are for reference only — accuracy is not guaranteed
• Do not use for medical, legal, or financial advice
• Messages you send are processed by each AI provider
• Avoid entering sensitive or personally identifiable information

5. Don't Do This

• Reverse engineer or misuse the App
• Overload or attack the API
• Create illegal or harmful content
• Interfere with other users

6. Rights

App design, code, and logos belong to us. Content you create (cards, chats, etc.) belongs to you.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is"
• We take reasonable measures against data loss, but cannot fully guarantee it
• AI output accuracy is not guaranteed

8. Changes & Termination

We'll notify you of feature changes, pricing changes, or service termination in advance. If the service shuts down, we'll try to provide data export options.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
